Chocolates, Food and other Bakery Items are not accepted back once they are opened or if the parcel is delivered in a perfect condition. If you are unsatisfied with the chocolates or if there are any other issues, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve your concern.
In case of UnDelivered Parcels – We make every effort to communicate with the receiver and the sender by phone and email. However, in case if a situation arises that the receiver is not at home for several days or if the receiver refuses to accept the parcel or due to any reason the parcel is returned back, there is no refund issue for that order. The chocolates after being in transit for several days are not in the condition to be accepted back or to be resend to someone.
For cases which are acceptable to mychoco, the refund shall be initiated in 10 working days from the date of confirmation by mychoco. It shall be done on the same source from where the payment is made and not any other way like cheque/cash/NEFT, etc.,
